Cooking Instructions:

Follow the steps below

🟢Bring out Dodo Frozen Plantains from the freezer
🟢Preheat oil in a frying pan on low to medium heat
🟢Place a small amount of the plantain slices into the fryer
🟢Fry for 4 to 5 minutes on low to medium heat until golden brown
🟢Drain on a paper towel and serve
Optional: Add some salt to taste or your favourite spice e.g. cinnamon (nothing works great too cause the plantains are naturally sweet)
